Core Strength Daily is not medical advice. It is a general fitness and exercise app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified professional.
Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a cardiac, musculoskeletal, or other medical condition. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
You perform every exercise at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits and using proper form.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Core Strength Daily on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or any part of it.
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, circumvent any technical limitation, or use it in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
Exercise descriptions, timings, and progressions are provided for general informational purposes. We make no guarantee of any particular fitness outcome, and we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
Any purchase is processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Roma LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, and the effective date above will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
