Core Strength Daily is built to work on your device. This policy explains exactly what the app touches, what leaves your phone, and what control you have.
We do not collect personal information. Core Strength Daily has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no crash-reporting service. We operate no server that receives your data.
Your completed sessions, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. If you have iCloud backup enabled, iOS may include this data in your own encrypted device backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy terms rather than ours.
If you grant permission, Core Strength Daily reads and writes workout information through Apple HealthKit so your sessions appear alongside the rest of your activity.
You can review or revoke Health permissions at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Core Strength Daily, or inside the Apple Health app under Sharing.
Any purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple shares only anonymous, aggregated sales information with us.
Core Strength Daily is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app collects nothing, there is no child data for a parent to request or delete on our side.
Because your data lives on your device, you control it directly. Deleting the app removes all locally stored workout and progress data. Workouts already written to Apple Health remain in Health until you delete them there, since that data belongs to you rather than to us.
If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the effective date above will change.
